Delivery

PRODUCTION + DELIVERY TIMES

Every order is produced to your specification, so timelines depend on what you're making, how many you're making, and the time of year (e.g. Easter, Black Friday, Christmas). We'll give you an estimated production and delivery timeline with your quote - typically your merch will be produced and delivered within 2 - 3 weeks of your invoice being paid and your artwork approved.

All timelines are estimates provided in good faith, not guarantees. Larger or more complex orders, rural delivery addresses, courier delays and customs checks, where applicable, can all extend delivery times. In case you were wondering, Saturday is not a business day.

If your order is against a hard deadline (a release date, an event, a launch), tell us when you request your quote and we'll let you know honestly whether it's achievable.

IMPORT DUTIES / TAXES

Orders delivered within the UK and the EU are dispatched from within those territories, which means that in almost all cases no import duties or customs charges will apply. We can't absolutely guarantee this - customs rules and their application are outside our control - but if charges do arise on a UK or EU delivery, they are the rare exception rather than the rule.

For deliveries outside the UK and EU, you are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes associated with your order, as and when they occur. It's really hard / actually impossible for us to calculate how much you might have to pay, sorry! Your local customs website should be able to estimate it for you. It might just take a bit of googling.

S.P.A. STUDIOS is not responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which we have no control.

INSURANCE

S.P.A. STUDIOS insures each order from the time it leaves our production facility to you receiving it. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the delivery is assumed by you. If you have specified someone other than yourself to receive and sign for the delivery, you accept that signature by this person is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by S.P.A. STUDIOS.
